It can be initially assessed based on standard structure, but not just by name. Need to confirm material viscosity, target filling volume, anti-drip requirements, cleaning method, and then check if the number of heads, material state, and loading/unloading method suit the on-site cycle time.
Quantitative filling is affected by bottle, pail, can dimensions, filling nozzle, hopper, conveyor structure, and the state of liquid, paste, or sauce. The clearer the samples, the easier to determine tooling, temperature, pressure, torque, or inspection method.
It can be single-head, multi-head, weighing type, or integrated with sealing and labeling. If there is existing upstream/downstream equipment, synchronize conveying height, direction, speed, and signal interface.
It is recommended to review sample test results, key dimensions, consumable specifications, power and air supply, cleaning and maintenance methods, and spare parts list to avoid modifying tooling or adjusting stations on site.
