Back seal or three-side seal bags formed online from roll film; bag width, length, seal edges, and tear notch confirmed per finished bag sample
Liquid roll film bag forming filling sealing
The machine forms bags from rollstock, meters liquid or paste, completes longitudinal and cross seals, cuts and discharges. It differs from premade-pouch and spout-pouch lines. Trial viscosity, foaming, stringing, pump, suck-back, drip control, film seal layer, tension, registration and cleaning with actual materials.

Local silent clip showing transparent film bag making, longitudinal seal, cross seal, and cutting actions; liquid pump, fill volume, and easy-tear notch options need separate confirmation.
First see actual working conditions
Please provide material, target filling volume, finished bag sample or drawing, roll film, cleaning requirements, target speed, and site conditions.
Back seal or three-side seal bags formed online from roll film; bag width, length, seal edges, and tear notch confirmed per finished bag sample
Composite roll film suitable for bag making and heat sealing; film width, thickness, friction, heat seal layer, and print registration confirmed per film sample; roll film unwinding, bag forming, longitudinal or side sealing, metering filling, cross sealing and cutting, and bag discharge
Optional: suck-back drip-proof, temperature maintenance, stirring, easy-tear notch, coding, gas flushing, inspection, and finished bag conveying.
Please provide material, target filling volume, finished bag sample or drawing, roll film, cleaning requirements, target speed, and site conditions.

The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier to determine equipment route, changeover scope, and line integration boundaries.

Confirmed based on bag length, metering time, material foaming or stringing, cross seal contamination prevention, and film running; fixed values not published without project validation
Automatic roll film bag making, liquid metering, and sealing/cutting; coding, easy-tear notch, gas flushing, inspection, and conveying are optional per project
Back seal or three-side seal bags formed online from roll film; bag width, length, seal edges, and tear notch confirmed per finished bag sample
Liquids, pastes, or materials containing small particles; viscosity, temperature, foaming, stringing, corrosiveness, and cleaning conditions must be specified
Composite roll film suitable for bag making and heat sealing; film width, thickness, friction, heat seal layer, and print registration confirmed per film sample
Roll film unwinding, bag forming, longitudinal or side sealing, metering filling, cross sealing and cutting, and bag discharge
Adjust or replace bag former, film path, pump, filling nozzle, and sealing/cutting positions according to bag width, bag shape, and filling range
Confirm equipment dimensions, power, air supply, maintenance space, and upstream/downstream interfaces based on film drive, liquid metering, heating sealing/cutting, cleaning drainage, and optional inspection modules
Common configuration routes
The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier to determine equipment route, changeover scope, and line integration boundaries.
Confirm back seal or three-side seal, bag width and length, heat seal layer, and print registration.
Select pump, valves, filling nozzle, drip-proof, and cleaning structure.
Avoid material contamination of cross seal and confirm bag length, sealing, and cutting.
Check metering, bag forming, sealing, cleaning, and film/material change.
Common configuration routes
VFFS rollstock, premade-pouch filling and spout-pouch filling/capping are distinct routes selected by pack format, product behaviour, closure structure and consumer use.

Please provide material, target filling volume, finished bag sample or drawing, roll film, cleaning requirements, target speed, and site conditions.
The structures are quite different; compatibility depends on the bag forming and sealing design. Usually, change parts or separate configurations are needed; not supported by default.
It can be evaluated, but particle size, concentration, and integrity affect the pump, valves, filling nozzle, and seal contamination. Actual material testing is required.
Send samples and requirements
Send liquid or paste samples, viscosity, temperature and particles, dose, finished pouch or dimensions, film layers and seal side, print registration, cleaning needs, target cycle and discharge method.
