Vertical feeding and rotary vacuum

Rotary Vertical Automatic Feeding Vacuum Packaging Machine

The rotary vertical automatic feeding vacuum packaging machine is designed for bagged products that can be fed via elevator, metering, or manual assistance. It uses rotary indexing stations to complete loading, vacuum, and sealing in a cycle. Bag type, fill volume, material discharge, chamber size, and cleaning requirements affect the solution. Feeding, metering, shaping, and inspection are configured per project.

First see real working conditions

Feeding, bagging, and vacuum chamber cycle must be coordinated per actual material

Please provide bag samples, material, target fill weight, feeding method, vacuum appearance, cleaning requirements, target cycle time, and workshop layout.

01

First verify applicable objects

Pre-made bags that can be placed in rotary clamping or vacuum chamber stations; bag width, length, fill volume, and bag mouth are confirmed per actual sample

02

Packaging materials and process must match

Pre-made bags suitable for vacuumizing and heat sealing; barrier, thickness, bag mouth structure, and heat seal layer are verified per sample; optional elevator and metering, bagging, rotary positioning, vacuum treatment, heat sealing, cooling, and cyclic discharge

03

Optional modules are not standard

Optional elevator, metering scale, automatic bagging, bag mouth shaping, liquid trap, inspection, and finished product conveying.

04

Parameters confirmed per project

Please provide bag samples, material, target fill weight, feeding method, vacuum appearance, cleaning requirements, target cycle time, and workshop layout.

Recommended information to provide before quotation

The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier it is to determine the equipment route, changeover scope, and line integration boundaries.

Feeding, bagging, and vacuum chamber cycle must be coordinated per actual material

  • Vertical feeding, bagging, and rotary vacuum stations are coordinated per actual material and bag type
  • Vacuum chamber, bag clamping, and sealing structure are confirmed based on bag volume and bag mouth
  • Elevator, metering, automatic bagging, shaping, and inspection are optional modules
  • Cycle time, vacuum duration, and cleaning scope are configured per project

Recommended information to provide before quotation

  • Empty bags and filled bag samples, bag dimensions, and target fill weight
  • Material, discharge, dust, liquid content, sharp edges, and pressure resistance
  • Elevator, metering, bagging method, and cleaning/maintenance requirements
  • Target vacuum appearance, cycle time, site height, and upstream/downstream interfaces

Safe parameter specification range

Please provide bag samples, material, target fill weight, feeding method, vacuum appearance, cleaning requirements, target cycle time, and workshop layout.

01

Capacity and cycle time

Confirmed based on feeding metering, bagging time, number of rotary stations, vacuum treatment, sealing cooling, and discharge; no fixed values are published without project validation

02

Automation scope

Rotary multi-station vacuum and sealing; elevator feeding, metering, bagging, shaping, inspection, and conveying are configured per project

03

Applicable containers or packaging

Pre-made bags that can be placed in rotary clamping or vacuum chamber stations; bag width, length, fill volume, and bag mouth are confirmed per actual sample

04

Applicable materials

Granular, solid, small parts, or partially liquid-containing products; discharge, dust, sharp edges, pressure resistance, and cleaning requirements must be specified

05

Packaging materials and consumables

Pre-made bags suitable for vacuumizing and heat sealing; barrier, thickness, bag mouth structure, and heat seal layer are verified per sample

06

Basic process

Optional elevator and metering, bagging, rotary positioning, vacuum treatment, heat sealing, cooling, and cyclic discharge

07

Tooling and changeover

Adjust feeding, discharge, bag clamping, vacuum chamber, sealing, and program according to bag type, fill volume, and product volume

08

Power, air supply, and layout

Equipment dimensions, power, air supply, maintenance space, and upstream/downstream interfaces are confirmed based on elevator metering, rotary drive, vacuum system, sealing cooling, and optional cleaning/inspection

Common configuration routes

Steps from sample confirmation to delivery

The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier it is to determine the equipment route, changeover scope, and line integration boundaries.

01Test material and feeding

Confirm elevator, metering, discharge, dust, and product integrity.

02Verify bagging and chamber

Check bag type, fill volume, clamping, vacuum chamber space, and bag mouth position.

03Coordinate rotary vacuum

Match station cycle, vacuum, sealing, cooling, and discharge actions.

04Continuous material acceptance

Accept according to agreed bag sample, material, cycle time, cleaning, and changeover requirements.

Common configuration routes

Compare rotary, continuous, and horizontal pre-made bag vacuum solutions

Do not select from the machine name alone. Compare pouch format, pickup and opening, product loading, evacuation and seal cleanliness and confirm the boundary with actual samples.

Rotary vertical feedingUses vertical feeding to connect with rotary vacuum stations, suitable for cyclic multi-station routes.
Continuous flow vacuumBagged products are processed continuously along the conveyor line; bag mouth and thickness need to be relatively stable.
Horizontal pre-made bag vacuumThe main machine completes bag picking, opening, filling, and vacuum sealing; the bag path structure is different.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please provide bag samples, material, target fill weight, feeding method, vacuum appearance, cleaning requirements, target cycle time, and workshop layout.

Can vertical feeding directly complete automatic bagging?

Not by default. Elevator and metering only handle feeding; automatic bagging also requires bag feeding, opening, clamping, and discharge structures, which must be confirmed per bag sample.

Are liquid-containing products suitable for rotary vacuum?

Can be evaluated, but bagging posture, liquid migration, vacuum chamber cleaning, and bag mouth contamination risks require specific testing.

Send samples and requirements

Confirm final configuration after verifying samples, packaging materials, and process

Send actual product or pack samples, critical dimensions, pouch format, pickup and opening, product loading, evacuation and seal cleanliness, target cycle, layout and acceptance criteria. Photos, videos or drawings can be reviewed first.
