Flow wrap sealing/cutting and shrink tunnel line

590-Series Shrink Flow-Wrapping Line

The line forms rollstock around single or grouped products, makes longitudinal and end seals, shrinks the film and cools the discharge. Confirm dimensions, orientation, spacing, heat tolerance, film width and shrink rate, venting, seal position, tunnel time and line interfaces with real products and film.

See actual working conditions first

Sealing/cutting and shrink tunnel must be jointly adjusted with the same product and film.

Please provide actual products, grouping method, shrink film samples, heat resistance limits, finished appearance, target cycle time, and site layout.

01

Check applicable objects first

Regular single items, grouped products, or tray products that can be stably conveyed; width, height, and heat resistance confirmed with actual samples.

02

Match packaging materials and process

Shrink film rolls suitable for the product and tunnel; shrink ratio, heat seal layer, thickness, and perforation requirements confirmed with film samples; product infeed, film forming into bags, longitudinal and end sealing/cutting, shrink tunnel, cooling, and discharge.

03

Optional modules are not standard

Optional automatic feeding, grouping, perforation, coding, inspection, rejection, cooling, and downstream conveying.

04

Parameters confirmed per project

Please provide actual products, grouping method, shrink film samples, heat resistance limits, finished appearance, target cycle time, and site layout.

Recommended information before quotation

The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier it is to determine equipment route, changeover scope, and line boundaries.

Sealing/cutting and shrink tunnel must be jointly adjusted with the same product and film.

  • Flow wrap sealing/cutting and shrink tunnel are jointly adjusted for the same product and film.
  • Shrink ratio, tunnel conditions, cooling, and finished appearance are confirmed through sample trials.
  • Automatic feeding, grouping, perforation, inspection, and conveying are optional modules.
  • The series number does not constitute a commitment to fixed film width, speed, power, or capacity.

Recommended information before quotation

  • Actual product dimensions (length, width, height, weight) and single or grouped infeed method
  • Shrink film sample, thickness, shrink direction, heat seal layer, and perforation requirements
  • Product heat resistance limits, finished appearance, and seal position standards
  • Target cycle time, site length, power supply conditions, heat exhaust, and downstream interface

Please provide actual products, grouping method, shrink film samples, heat resistance limits, finished appearance, target cycle time, and site layout.

01

Capacity and Cycle Time

Confirmed based on product dimensions and spacing, bag forming/sealing, film shrink time, tunnel load, and cooling discharge; no fixed values are published without project validation.

02

Automation Scope

Flow wrap main machine linked with shrink tunnel; automatic feeding, grouping, perforation, inspection, and cooling conveying are optional per project.

03

Applicable Containers or Packaging

Regular single items, grouped products, or tray products that can be stably conveyed; width, height, and heat resistance confirmed with actual samples.

04

Applicable Products

Solid food, daily necessities, boxed items, or industrial products; surface heat resistance, fragility, and shrink pressure limitations must be specified.

05

Packaging Materials and Consumables

Shrink film rolls suitable for the product and tunnel; shrink ratio, heat seal layer, thickness, and perforation requirements confirmed with film samples.

06

Basic Process

Product infeed, film forming into bags, longitudinal and end sealing/cutting, shrink tunnel, cooling, and discharge.

07

Tooling and Changeover

Adjust forming box, film guides, conveyor, sealing/cutting positions, tunnel parameters, and cooling section according to product dimensions and film width.

08

Power, Air Supply, and Layout

Confirm equipment dimensions, power supply, air supply, maintenance space, and upstream/downstream interfaces based on flow wrap servo and heating, shrink tunnel, circulating air, cooling conveyor, and optional feeding.

Common configuration routes

Steps from sample confirmation to delivery

The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier it is to determine equipment route, changeover scope, and line boundaries.

01Confirm product and film

Check dimensions, heat resistance, film width, shrink direction, heat sealing, and perforation requirements.

02Test sealing/cutting and shrinking

Check sealing, shrink uniformity, wrinkles, and product deformation against target appearance.

03Jointly adjust main machine and tunnel

Match product spacing, sealing/cutting cycle time, tunnel load, and cooling discharge.

04Continuous load acceptance

Accept according to agreed product, film, appearance, cycle time, and changeover requirements.

Common configuration routes

Compare standard flow wrap, shrink flow wrap, and group packaging

A standard flow pack focuses on forming and sealing; a shrink route also requires heat tolerance, film shrink ratio, venting, tunnel time/temperature and cooling. 590 is not a speed promise.

Standard Flow WrapOnly film forming into bags and sealing/cutting, suitable for projects not requiring shrink forming.
Flow Wrap with ShrinkMain machine linked with tunnel, focusing on verifying film shrink curve and product heat resistance.
Group Shrink SolutionOptional upstream grouping and positioning, then film wrapping and shrinking; queue and spacing must be confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please provide actual products, grouping method, shrink film samples, heat resistance limits, finished appearance, target cycle time, and site layout.

Does 590 represent a fixed film width or tunnel size?

No. It is only a series identifier. Final product dimensions, film width, tunnel, and cycle time must be confirmed with actual samples and configuration.

Can all products achieve a smooth shrink appearance?

Not directly guaranteed. Product shape, film material, perforation, sealing, tunnel, and cooling all affect appearance; trials with target finished product standards are required.

Send samples and requirements

First confirm samples, packaging materials, and process, then determine final configuration.

Send product samples or dimensions and weight, infeed orientation and spacing, grouping requirement, film and width, desired shrink appearance, heat limits, venting, seal position, target cycle and line interfaces.
