Applicable Containers
Bottle mouth, cup mouth, bag mouth, pail mouth
Filling / Dosing Equipment
This is an outlet valve, nozzle and drip-control assembly for reducing dripping, stringing, tailing and untidy cut-off after liquid, sauce or paste filling. It is not a complete filler and cannot be retrofitted before checking the machine interface, valve control, feed pressure and cleaning route. Validate particle passage, temperature change, dose, opening clearance, cut-off, suck-back and cleaning with the actual product and container.

Bottle mouth, cup mouth, bag mouth, pail mouth
Filling nozzle, cut-off valve, liquid contact structure, cleaning interface
Anti-drip, anti-stringing, and cut-off at filling end
Confirmed based on filling volume, material state, number of heads, and loading/unloading method; confirmed as filling machine nozzle and end control component
Selection points
Photos, key dimensions, and packaging material details are enough to start; if details are incomplete, we will review the direction first.

Bottles, pails, cans, and small containers
Confirmed according to sample dimensions, mouth diameter, height, and sealing edge width.
Food, sauces, daily chemicals, cosmetics, medical consumables, and chemical packaging
Quantitative filling.
Configure molds, fixtures, or changeover parts according to sample dimensions and changeover requirements.

Send product, container, material, dimensions and target output.
Confirm configuration by process, changeover, cycle time and line needs.
Test sealing, filling, labeling or inspection results when needed.
Quote after confirming power, layout, lead time and spare parts.

Anti-drip valves, suck-back nozzles, cut-off valves and heated nozzles solve different problems. Particle passage, stringing and dripping cannot be assumed from one action.

It can be initially assessed based on standard structure, but not just by name. Need to confirm viscosity, stringing condition, filling volume, cleaning/disassembly, then check whether it suits the on-site cycle time based on filling volume, material state, number of heads, and loading/unloading method.
Anti-drip, anti-stringing, and cut-off at the filling end are affected by bottle mouth, cup mouth, bag mouth dimensions, filling nozzle, cut-off valve, liquid contact structure, and the state of sauces, pastes, and honey. The clearer the samples, the easier to determine mold, temperature, pressure, torque, or inspection method.
Confirmed as filling machine nozzle and end control component. If there is upstream/downstream equipment, the conveying height, direction, speed, and signal interface need to be confirmed simultaneously.
It is recommended to review sample test results, key dimensions, consumable specifications, power and air supply, cleaning and maintenance methods, and spare parts list to avoid modifying molds or adjusting stations on site.
