Bottle/Jar Die-Cutting and Inline Sealing
For direct-lid-film heat sealing of bottles, wide-mouth jars and similar rigid containers. This is not induction sealing through a cap liner. Validate the rim, lidding seal layer, post-fill contamination, positioning, sealing window, changeover, inspection and line interfaces with actual samples.

It can be evaluated, but typically requires checking the replacement range of die-cutting mold, film pick-up parts, positioning fixtures, and sealing mold; full compatibility cannot be achieved by adjusting parameters alone.
Not included by default. The defects to be inspected, allowable false rejection rate, reject location, and control interface with upstream/downstream must be determined first, then the corresponding module is configured.
