Automatic Pre-Cut Lid Pick-and-Place Tray Sealer

For preformed trays using pre-cut lids without roll unwinding and trim cutting on the machine. Validate rim flatness and strength, lid size and flatness, static, material direction, heat-seal layer, stack behavior and sheet separation with real tray and lid samples. Multi-compartment or irregular trays require trials, not shape-only selection.
