Filling / Dosing Equipment
Bag-in-Box Filling and Sealing Machine
For bag-in-box filling and sealing of juices, concentrates, sauces, alcoholic beverages, and other liquids. The bag spout structure, filling method, cleaning method, and box integration must be confirmed based on the product process. If aseptic or higher hygiene levels are required, they must be separately confirmed as options; vacuum and cartoning are not default configurations.
Technical parameters
- Automation type
- Semi-automatic or automatic solution; bag feeding, filling, sealing, and cartoning scope confirmed per project
- Applicable container or packaging
- BIB inner bag with specified spout or valve and matching carton
- Applicable material or product
- Juices, alcoholic beverages, concentrates, sauces, edible liquids, or daily chemical liquids, confirmed by hygiene and rheological properties
- Packaging materials and consumables
- Bag-in-box inner bag, spout, valve cap, and outer carton; all interface dimensions require actual samples
- Basic process
- Inner bag spout positioning, optional vacuum or gas flushing, metered filling, valve closure, and optional cartoning
- Speed and capacity
- Confirmed based on samples, cycle time, process time, upstream/downstream speed, and final configuration.
- Changeover method
- Changes in spout specifications, filling interface, metering method, and cleaning program require change parts and re-validation.
- Optional modules
- Vacuum, gas flushing, aseptic isolation, CIP cleaning, weight check, and automatic cartoning are project options.
- Power supply, air supply, and equipment dimensions
- Confirmed based on export region, drive structure, site layout, and final configuration.
- Upstream/downstream integration
- Can connect to product supply, CIP system, bag/carton supply, leak detection, weighing, and case packing conveyor.
- Testing and acceptance
- Please provide actual samples of the BIB inner bag and spout, product characteristics, fill volume, hygiene level, cleaning requirements, and outer box process.
Selection guide
- Equipment scope is confirmed based on actual samples, packaging process, and site interfaces, not on general parameters in drafts.
- Core processes: inner bag spout positioning, optional vacuum or gas flushing, metered filling, valve closure, and optional cartoning; optional modules are separately specified and not included in standard configuratio...

Applications
- Juices, alcoholic beverages, or sauces that need to be filled and valve-closed in bag-in-box format.
- Projects requiring evaluation of vacuum, gas flushing, hygiene isolation, or weight control.
- Projects that need cycle time and signal integration with existing sealing machines, filling machines, conveyors, or downstream equipment.
- Non-standard projects that require sample testing first, then confirm structure, tooling, speed, and acceptance criteria.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What information is needed before solution confirmation? Please provide actual samples of the BIB inner bag and spout, product characteristics, fill volume, hygiene level, cleaning requirements, and outer box process.
- Are the optional modules on the page part of the standard configuration? No. Vacuum, gas flushing, aseptic isolation, CIP cleaning, weight check, and automatic cartoning are project options. All must be separately con...
- Can a fixed speed or compatibility range be guaranteed directly? Cannot be guaranteed without actual samples and line conditions. Speed, compatibility range, tooling quantity, and acceptance criteria are based on samp...
