This benchtop unit creates an induction inner seal after a cap correctly compresses a compatible foil liner. It is not a capless direct-lidding heat sealer and cannot seal ordinary foil without the required induction and sealant structure. Check the container, rim, cap and liner, diameter, cap compression, batch size, continuous run time and ambient conditions, then trial the complete combination. Compare water-cooled or inline equipment when load or cycle demands exceed the proven air-cooled boundary.

It can be judged based on standard structure first, but not just by name. Need to confirm pail mouth diameter, pail height, sealing film material, pressing time, and then check whether the diameter, number of stations, sealing method, and conveying speed suit the on-site cycle time.
Non-contact induction aluminum foil sealing is affected by plastic pail, wide-mouth pail, food pail dimensions, aluminum foil liner, composite liner, cap structure, and state of sauces, seasonings, powders. The clearer the sample, the easier to determine tooling, temperature, pressure, torque, or inspection method.
Can be configured as benchtop, semi-automatic, or inline conveying. If there are upstream/downstream equipment, need to synchronously confirm conveying height, direction, speed, and signal interface.
