Bottle / Pail / Can Sealing Equipment

Bottle Inline Heat Press Sealer

Inline heat-press sealing machine for PP, PET, PE and HDPE bottles or jars. The sealing head, guides, conveyor connection and change parts are confirmed from the container mouth, foil or film structure, line speed and site layout. Send bottle photos or samples, neck dimensions, sealing material, conveyor height and target output for project review.

PP bottles, PET bottles, PE bottles, HDPE bottles, glass bottles, wide-mouth bottles, pails / cans

02

Packaging Materials / Consumables

Aluminum foil film, composite film, PE film, PP film, PET film, easy-tear film, heat seal film

03

Core Process

Heat Press Sealing

04

Send these materials for a faster reply

Photos, key dimensions, and packaging material details are enough to start; if details are incomplete, we will review the direction first.

Confirm samples, material and cycle time first

  • Confirm direct-film heat sealing; do not treat cap-liner induction as the same process
  • Check rim flatness, sealing width, and locating stability with real containers
  • Match the film sealant layer to the container rim material, not just the words aluminum foil
  • Confirm output by mouth size, film, station count, dwell time, and full line-cycle trials
  • Configure inline conveying, locating fixtures, and change parts by container format
  • Interfaces can be reserved for filling, capping, labeling, coding, checkweighing, and line interlocks

Key Parameters

These details decide machine structure, changeover method and quotation accuracy.

01

Model

YJ-FK-ZX500

02

Output / Complete Cycle

Confirmed by trials using mouth size, film, station count, heat-press dwell, container pitch, and upstream/downstream cycle

03

Machine Structure / Integration

Inline conveying, locating stations, and upstream/downstream interfaces are configured by sample and project; final automation scope follows the agreed line

04

Containers / Pack Formats

Plastic or glass bottles and wide-mouth jars with a stable, flat sealing rim; confirm with real samples

05

Applicable Size Range

Confirmed based on sample dimensions, mouth diameter, height, and sealing edge width.

06

Applicable Products / Contents

Food, sauces, daily chemicals, cosmetics, medical consumables, and chemical packaging

07

Film / Sealant Layer

Pre-cut aluminum or composite heat-seal film; structure, thickness, and sealant-layer direction must match the container-rim sample

08

Core Process

Film pick and positioning, direct placement on the mouth, heat-press dwell, discharge, and post-seal inspection

Configuration selection

Confirmation process

Photos, key dimensions, and packaging material details are enough to start; if details are incomplete, we will review the direction first.

01Provide sample details

Send product, container, material, dimensions and target output.

02Check machine structure

Confirm configuration by process, changeover, cycle time and line needs.

03Confirm test points

Test sealing, filling, labeling or inspection results when needed.

04Output quotation plan

Quote after confirming power, layout, lead time and spare parts.

Configuration selection

Choose configuration by production method

First decide whether it is trial work, small batches or stable production, then confirm tooling, pump heads, sealing heads and optional functions.

Sampling / small batchConfirm sample compatibility, effect and basic parameters first.
Stable batch productionFocus on station count, operating rhythm and changeover method.
Line integration requiredEvaluate feeding, discharge, coding, inspection and floor space separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

These details decide machine structure, changeover method and quotation accuracy.

How does this differ from an induction foil sealer?

This machine places pre-cut film directly on the mouth and heat-press seals it. An induction sealer normally works after a cap has pressed its liner onto the mouth. The packaging materials, equipment, and process order are different.

Can photos alone define the machine?

Photos can guide the first review but cannot replace sealing trials. Final configuration requires rim dimensions and flatness, container material, film structure, sealant-layer direction, and real samples.

Can it seal glass, PET, or PP containers?

The material name alone is not enough. Rim design and flatness must match the film sealant layer; surface treatment and tolerances may require a new trial even for the same nominal material.

How are output and line integration confirmed?

Record the complete film pick, positioning, heat-press dwell, and discharge cycle with target samples, then confirm conveyor height/direction, pitch, buffering, and signal interfaces.
