Continuous External-Vacuum Bag Sealing Machine

The machine conveys, externally evacuates and heat-seals prefilled bags. Confirm barrier structure, mouth flatness, product dust or liquid migration, headspace and sealant layer, then validate evacuation time, pack shape, seal strength, leakage and continuous transport with the actual product and bag.

A continuous external-vacuum machine accepts the mouth of a prefilled bag into the sealing zone; a chamber machine places the whole bag in a chamber. Vacuum level alone cannot make them interchangeable.

Can products with liquid be vacuumized?

It can be evaluated, but liquid migration may contaminate vacuum and sealing; filling amount, temperature, and bag mouth need control, and optional liquid trapping should be considered.
