Continuous bag vacuum sealing
The machine conveys, externally evacuates and heat-seals prefilled bags. Confirm barrier structure, mouth flatness, product dust or liquid migration, headspace and sealant layer, then validate evacuation time, pack shape, seal strength, leakage and continuous transport with the actual product and bag.

Common configuration routes
A continuous external-vacuum machine accepts the mouth of a prefilled bag into the sealing zone; a chamber machine places the whole bag in a chamber. Vacuum level alone cannot make them interchangeable.

The adaptability range of conveying, bag mouth guides, and vacuum station needs evaluation; excessive variation may require separate production by specification or added adjustments.
