Inspection, Weighing and Traceability Equipment
Inline Liquid Level Inspection and Rejection Machine
Used to check obvious underfill, overfill, or abnormal liquid level after filling. The detection method must be selected based on container transparency, label obstruction, foam, liquid color, and bottle type. Liquid level detection is not equivalent to precision metering or legal weighing.
Technical parameters
- Automation type
- Online automatic inspection; detection principle, rejection, and data interface confirmed per project
- Applicable containers or packaging
- Bottles and jars whose liquid level can be judged by vision, photoelectric, X-ray, or other validated methods
- Applicable materials or products
- Liquids, low-viscosity, or products that can form a stable liquid surface
- Packaging materials and consumables
- Container color, wall thickness, label position, and liquid level area must support the selected detection method
- Basic process
- Container triggering, liquid level detection, threshold judgment, result recording, and abnormal rejection
- Speed and capacity
- Confirmed based on samples, action cycle, process time, upstream/downstream speed, and final configuration.
- Changeover method
- When bottle type, color, liquid level standard, or label position changes, sensors and detection recipes need adjustment.
- Optional modules
- Vision, X-ray, or weighing cross-validation, data archiving, and multi-specification recipes are optional.
- Power supply, air supply, and equipment dimensions
- Confirmed based on export region, drive structure, site layout, and final configuration.
- Upstream and downstream integration
- Installed after filling, can connect to screw capping, sealing, labeling, or case packing stations.
- Testing and acceptance
- Please provide samples with different liquid levels, containers and labels, foam conditions, line speed, allowable error, and rejection requirements.
Selection guide
- Equipment scope is confirmed based on actual samples, packaging process, and site interfaces; do not use general parameters from drafts as selection basis.
- Core process: container triggering, liquid level detection, threshold judgment, result recording, and abnormal rejection; optional modules are separately stated and not default in standard configuration.
- When bottle type, color, liquid level standard, or label position changes, sensors and detection recipes need adjustment.
- Please provide samples with different liquid levels, containers and labels, foam conditions, line speed, allowable error, and rejection requirements.
Applications
- Bottled liquid needs inspection after filling for obvious underfill, overfill, or empty bottles.
- Transparency, foam, or label obstruction requires detection method selection through sample testing.
- Projects requiring cycle and signal integration with existing sealing machines, filling machines, conveyor lines, or downstream equipment.
- Non-standard projects requiring sample testing first, then confirmation of structure, tooling, speed, and acceptance criteria.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What information is needed before solution confirmation? Please provide samples with different liquid levels, containers and labels, foam conditions, line speed, allowable error, and rejection requirements.
- Are the optional modules on the page part of the standard configuration? No. Vision, X-ray, or weighing cross-validation, data archiving, and multi-specification recipes are optional. All need separate confirmation ba...
- Can a fixed speed or compatibility range be directly promised? Cannot promise without actual samples and line conditions. Speed, compatibility range, tooling quantity, and acceptance criteria are based on sample testi...
