It can be assessed based on standard structure initially, but not just by name. Need to confirm material viscosity, target filling volume, anti-drip requirements, cleaning method, then check if filling volume, material state, number of heads, and loading/unloading method suit the on-site cycle time.
Quantitative filling of materials is affected by bottle, drum, can dimensions, filling nozzle, hopper, conveyor structure, and liquid, paste, sauce state. The clearer the samples, the easier to determine mold, temperature, pressure, torque, or inspection method.
Can be single-head, multi-head, weighing type, or integrated with sealing and labeling. If front/back equipment exists, need to synchronously confirm conveyor height, direction, speed, and signal interface.
It is recommended to review sample test results, key dimensions, consumable specifications, power/air supply, cleaning and maintenance methods, and spare parts list to avoid mold or station adjustments on site.
