Regular single items, grouped products, or tray products that can be stably conveyed; width, height, and heat resistance confirmed with actual samples.

Match packaging materials and process
Shrink film rolls suitable for the product and tunnel; shrink ratio, heat seal layer, thickness, and perforation requirements confirmed with film samples; product infeed, film forming into bags, longitudinal and end sealing/cutting, shrink tunnel, cooling, and discharge.
Sealing/cutting and shrink tunnel must be jointly adjusted with the same product and film.
The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier it is to determine equipment route, changeover scope, and line boundaries.
Confirm product and filmCheck dimensions, heat resistance, film width, shrink direction, heat sealing, and perforation requirements.
