Check applicable objects first

Preformed trays, meal boxes, or cups with flat rims and repeatable positioning; shape and depth confirmed with actual samples

Packaging materials and process must match

Precut film lids; dimensions, warpage, static, print orientation, and heat seal layer must be trial sealed with the tray; tray feeding and positioning, film separation, film pick-and-place, heat sealing, optional inspection, and discharge

Optional modules are not standard

Optional automatic tray feeding, metered filling, film orientation detection, missing film detection, rejection, and downstream conveying.
