Bottle jar filling and closing complete line

White pail sample complete line test video

Local live machine video showing unmarked white pail samples being conveyed on the line through product filling, cap positioning and pressing, and sealing tests; manual assistance is included during commissioning. Automation scope and complete line cycle time are based on the final configuration.

01

Check applicable objects first

Bottles, jars, and similar rigid containers that can be stably conveyed and positioned; bottle mouth, body, bottom, and closures confirmed with actual samples

02

Packaging materials and process must match

Bottle caps, pumps, press-fit closures, screw caps, and optional mouth cap foil must be verified together with the container and closing process; bottle feeding and positioning, metered filling, optional cap sorting, press or screw capping, optional mouth sealing, discharge

03

Optional modules are not standard

Optional bottle unscrambling, cap sorting, mouth film sealing, inspection, rejection, labeling, coding, checkweighing, case packing, and data interface.

Steps from sample confirmation to delivery

First clarify the process and interfaces, then determine each station

The more complete the samples, packaging materials, and site information, the easier it is to determine the equipment route, changeover scope, and line integration boundaries.

Clarify product processConfirm container, product, closures, sealing method, and sequence of each station.
Verify core processTest filling, drip prevention, capping, torque or press fit, and sealing effect separately.
Complete line cycle time diagramCheck buffer, start/stop, material shortage, fault, and upstream/downstream signal logic.
Integrated commissioning and acceptanceAccept according to agreed samples, continuous operation, cleaning changeover, and abnormal handling standards.
