This is a project-configured bottle and jar line, not one fixed standard machine. Select the filling path from flow, foam, particles, temperature and cleaning, then select cap feeding and closing from the neck, plug, pump, flip-top or screw cap. Add foil sealing, labelling, coding, inspection and case packing only when required.

Do all stations have to be configured at once?

No. Basic stations and optional reserves can be divided according to the current process, but interfaces, conveying height, control signals, and future cycle time should be considered uniformly during the complete line design phase.

Can different products share the same filling system?

Viscosity, particles, temperature, foaming, cleaning, and cross-contamination risks need to be compared; replace liquid-contact parts or use a different metering route if necessary.
