Dimensionally stable cups, boxes, and pre-formed trays with consistent rims; cavity arrangement and container spacing confirmed with actual samples

Match Packaging Materials and Process

Pre-cut film or roll film route selected per project; heat seal layer, registration, and trim effect must be verified through sample sealing trials; multi-lane feeding, servo positioning, film placement or feeding, multi-cavity heat sealing, optional film cutting, synchronized discharge

Optional Modules Not Standard

Optional automatic cup denesting, metering filling, printed film registration, inspection, rejection, and downstream conveying; not included by default.
