First check applicable objects

Suitable for pre-made flat pouches or stand-up pouches that can be clamped, opened and vacuum treated; zipper and special pouch mouths require sample evaluation

Packaging material and process must match

Vacuum pouches or composite pre-made pouches with appropriate barrier and heat seal properties; pouch thickness and heat seal layer verified by sample; pouch supply, opening, optional dosing filling, bag mouth finishing, vacuumizing, optional gas flushing, heat sealing and discharge

Optional dosing filling, gas flushing, bag mouth shaping, liquid trapping, inspection, rejection and finished product conveying.
