Sealing Position
Seal the aluminum foil liner inside the cap to the container mouth
Bottle / Pail / Can Sealing Equipment
The machine applies non-contact induction heating to a foil liner after the cap has been tightened. Validate the container, rim, closure pressure, liner seal layer, cleanliness, thermal load and acceptance method with capped samples before defining the sealing head, conveyor, guarding, cooling and inspection.

It can be judged based on standard structure first, but not just by name. Need to confirm pail mouth diameter, pail height, sealing film material, pressing time, and then check whether the diameter, number of stations, sealing method, and conveying speed match the on-site cycle time.
Non-contact induction aluminum foil sealing is affected by plastic pail, wide-mouth pail, food pail dimensions, aluminum foil liner, composite liner, cap structure, and sauce, seasoning, powder state. The clearer the sample, the easier to determine tooling, temperature, pressure, torque, or inspection method.
Can be configured as benchtop, semi-automatic, or with inline conveyor. If there are upstream/downstream machines, need to synchronize conveyor height, direction, speed, and signal interface.
It is recommended to review sample test results, key dimensions, consumable specifications, power/air supply, cleaning and maintenance methods, and spare parts list to avoid modifying tooling or adjusting stations on site.
