Inspection, Weighing and Traceability Equipment

Seal Vision Inspection and Rejection Machine

Used to detect missing film, misaligned film, obvious wrinkles, contamination, damage, or other definable sealing appearance anomalies. Vision inspection can only identify defects based on established samples and rules, and cannot replace seal strength, leak, or microbiological validation. Rejection and traceability are configured per project.

Finished packaged products after sealing
Packaging materials and consumables
Sealing film, lid stock, bag mouth, or seal edge must have identifiable appearance features
Basic process
Product trigger, image capture, defect judgment, result recording, and defective rejection
Speed and capacity
Confirmed based on samples, motion cycle, process time, upstream/downstream speed, and final configuration.
Changeover method
When product specifications, sealing appearance, or defect rules change, guides, camera positions, and inspection recipes need adjustment.
Optional modules
Multi-camera, OCR, barcode association, image archiving, alarm statistics, and defective product lock box are optional modules.
Power supply, air supply, and equipment dimensions
Confirmed based on export region, drive structure, site layout, and final configuration.
Upstream/downstream integration
Installed on the conveying section after sealing, integrated with upstream trigger, downstream rejection, and line control system.
Testing and acceptance
Please provide acceptable and unacceptable samples, defect definitions, allowable false rejection rate, line speed, product pitch, and rejection method.

Selection guide

  • Equipment scope is confirmed based on actual samples, packaging process, and site interfaces, not on general parameters in drafts.
  • Core process: product trigger, image capture, defect judgment, result recording, and defective rejection; optional modules are specified separately and not included in standard configuration by default.
  • When product specifications, sealing appearance, or defect rules change, guides, camera positions, and inspection recipes need adjustment.
  • Please provide acceptable and unacceptable samples, defect definitions, allowable false rejection rate, line speed, product pitch, and rejection method.

Applications

  • Projects requiring detection of missing film, misalignment, wrinkles, or obvious damage after sealing cups/boxes or bottles/cans.
  • Sealing appearance inspection requiring automatic result recording and defective product rejection.
  • Projects requiring timing and signal integration with existing sealers, fillers, conveyors, or downstream equipment.
  • Non-standard projects requiring sample testing first, then confirming structure, tooling, speed, and acceptance criteria.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What information is needed before solution confirmation? Please provide acceptable and unacceptable samples, defect definitions, allowable false rejection rate, line speed, product pitch, and rejection method.
  • Are the optional modules on the page part of the standard configuration? No. Multi-camera, OCR, barcode association, image archiving, alarm statistics, and defective product lock box are optional modules. Each must be...
  • Can a fixed speed or compatibility range be guaranteed directly? Cannot be guaranteed without actual samples and line conditions. Speed, compatibility range, tooling quantity, and acceptance criteria are based on samp...
