Need to confirm material viscosity, target filling volume, drip prevention requirements, cleaning method, and then see if it suits the on-site cycle time based on filling volume, material state, number of heads, and loading/unloading method.
Material quantitative filling is affected by bottle, pail, can dimensions, filling nozzles, hoppers, conveyor structure, and the state of liquids, pastes, sauces. The clearer the samples, the easier to judge molds, temperature, pressure, torque, or inspection methods.
Can be single-head, multi-head, weighing type, or integrated with sealing and labeling. If there is existing upstream/downstream equipment, need to synchronously confirm conveying height, direction, speed, and signal interface.
