Do not replace this step with a fixed speed or filling structure that has not been tested with the product.

Confirm pump-head capping and inner sealing conditions separately

The long tube and direction control of the pump head cap affect cap placement and tightening more than ordinary threaded caps. The automatic screw capping machine must be debugged with the complete cap assembly. Only when the cap has a compatible aluminum foil liner and the bottle mouth conditions are suitable, add an online induction foil sealing machine later.

Whether to use it and how to handle non-conforming products should be written into the process. Other inspections cannot be inferred directly from the raw material category; clear defect definitions should be established separately.

Tray film sealing is not part of shower gel bottle filling

Cups, bowls, boxes, and trays rely on molds to press and seal the lid film, while shower gel bottles require mouth filling and cap screwing. The container conveying and closing methods differ, so tray sealing equipment should not be included in the main equipment list of this project.

Choose single machine or continuous line based on maturity

The boundary between a single machine and a continuous line is not determined by a specific bottle count. When the formula, bottle type, and pump head are still changing, complete single-machine validation first. After orders stabilize, decide on the line based on the complete cycle of bottle supply, filling, capping, marking, and collection.

Seal samples of pump head, liner, and label simultaneously

In addition to the actual product, provide each bottle type, pump head cap, ordinary cap, aluminum foil liner, and label roll. The changeover list should separately record filling nozzles, bottle body clamps, capping parts, trial sealing conditions, and labeling positioning.

Complete the line layout considering existing interfaces

For projects with existing equipment, provide interface height, bottle flow direction, and control boundaries. For new lines, start layout from the workshop floor plan, manual replenishment, and finished product exit. The cooperative outer carton downstream is only connected after carton data is confirmed.
